Wayfinder
Wayfinder is an innovative, engaging, and empowering curriculum inspired by The One Week Job Project - an extraordinary initiative of self discovery in which individuals around the world are exploring their passions through trying out different careers, one week at a time.
The curriculum consists of 10 lessons and is designed with a focus on the development of self-knowledge, examining the questions, "Who am I?" "What do I want?" and "What is the first step?”

Each lesson includes five sections:
1. Introduction Video
The intro video is approximately 3-6 minutes in length and features Sean Aiken introducing the theme of the lesson. For reference, the transcript is included at the start of each lesson in the Course Guide.
2. Reflection
The reflection questions are designed for the students to answer individually in their notebook as they tend to be more personal and thought-provoking.
3. Exercise
In each lesson, an exercise is used to illustrate the theme. This is a chance to go further with the ideas of the lesson and to inspire some practical takeaways for each student.
4. Discussion
Following the exercise, there is a discussion section with questions to stimulate dialogue about the theme of each lesson.
5. Final Thoughts
At the end of each lesson, there are final thoughts that re-visit some of the more important ideas of each lesson.
